Purchase Agreement

1. Parties and Scope

The agreement is made between Sayda Publishing and the customer completing an order on saydakitap.com.

• The agreement covers retail book sales fulfilled by Sayda Publishing.
• Business-to-business bulk purchases require a separate written contract.

2. Ordering and Payment

Orders become binding once payment has been authorised by the selected provider.

• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via the selected provider (Iyzico or Tosla).
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information.

3. Delivery and Returns

Shipments are prepared within the published working hours and dispatched with the chosen carrier.

• Estimated delivery timelines are shared during checkout.
• Customers may request a return within 14 days if the item is unused and undamaged.
• Return shipping costs are covered when the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Personal Data and Communication

Customer data is processed in line with our privacy policy and only for order fulfilment, legal, and support purposes.
